Associated Students Inc.’s Board of Directors discussed spring 2011 student enrollment and dollars for clubs and organizations today.

Gina Curry, director and university bursar for the student financial services center, said even though the fall semester had a 14 unit cap for priority registration, spring semester priority registration will have the standard 17 unit cap.

Spring 2011 priority registration for current students was moved from Nov. 22 to Nov. 29 and notices about students’ registration dates were sent out today, Curry said.

During the spring 2011 semester, there will be an additional 300 sections offered. Curry said these sections will be classes geared toward new students.

Also in the meeting, board members unanimously agreed to expand DOC funding to include sports clubs.
