Artist Malaquias Montoya and Mike Farrell, president of Death Penalty Focus, spoke at the opening reception of Montoya’s exhibit, “Pre-Meditated: Meditations on Capital Punishment,” on Oct 13. The exhibit will be on display until Nov 18.
