Report on student body activities Student body services announced that 13 cell phones were collected for the cell phone drive. The phones will be given to Women Against Domestic Violence.

KSSU did not win a MTV woodie award this year, but did receive “Best on the West Coast” recognition, beating out schools like Stanford. KSSU announced they will be selling promotional T-shirts for $10.

Upcoming ASI town hall meeting President Miguel Cervantes announced that the ASI town hall meeting will be held Nov. 20 from noon to 1:15 p.m. in the University Union. There will be sandwiches and drinks for students who fill out online surveys provided by Student Relations. The goal is to get 5,000 surveys and promote student government involvement on campus. ASI board members will be in the area to answer student questions.
