Wannabe reality TV stars, listen to this.

Highnoon Entertainment is looking for homeowners in the Sacramento area who are interested in being a part of their show “What You Get for the Money” which airs on The Fine Living Network and Home & Garden Television.

The show is real estate based and will focus on homeowners in different parts of the country. Homeowners will have the opportunity to showcase their residence in comparison with other homeowners from different cities within the same range of prices. In the end, viewers will get to see, for example, what their money in LA can get them versus in North Carolina.

Each episode will have a specific price range and concentrate on a variety of households in select cities. The point of the show is to help people find out what their money can really buy them. Set costs for some of the houses that will be featured range from $200,000 to $1.5 million.

For those who wish to apply, producers are looking for homeowners within the ages of 20-50 who live throughout or at least two hours within Sacramento. The urban and suburban houses should be well built and designed, interior decorated, and styled to perfection. Homeowners should also be passionate about their living situation and willing to talk about their life and housing costs.

This project is not meant for those who are shy and soft spoken. If chosen, the participant will be profiled for the show. The interview will go over topics such as the reasons for picking the actual city, how far their workplace is from home, and any other matters relating to why they chose the particular lifestyle.

The homeowner’s realtor will also be required to give a tour of the home. Each episode will include background information on the city as well as a peek into the lives of the homeowner going out and about their neighborhood and community.

Hosted by Mike Siegel, this will be the show’s second season. New episodes will air on Fine Living TV Network on Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT and on HGTV on Wednesdays at 9:30pm Central.

Shooting is set to start around the first week of March, so hopefuls must apply within the next week.
