Students will have the opportunity to voice their opinions and concerns of the construction of the recreation and wellness center at tomorrow’s ASI forum.

The student-only event will be held be from noon to 1 p.m. in the Hinde Auditorium.

Gonzalez, Arriola, University Union Director Leslie Davis, Associate Vice President of Student Affairs Lori Varlotta, Associate Vice President of Facilities Ron Richardson and the architects and construction management team of the project will make up the event’s panel.

A separate forum will be held for faculty and staff at a later date. Arriola said it is a student-only event because of its limited time.

Debate Panel

Due to a limited number of student seats for Saturday’s gubernatorial debate, ASI will host two panels and an outdoor screening of the debate at the Outdoor Theatre, near the Outpost.

The first panel will be held at 5 p.m. before the debate. The panel will include keynote speakers. Among those will be representatives of the California State Students Association. Another panel will follow the debate at 7 p.m.
