&Toby rocks!& exclaimed 9-year-old audience member Michael Kuhlman, who received tickets to the Toby Keith concert at Arco Arena Nov. 18 as a birthday present.

The concert was opened by country singer Terri Clark who performed her new single, &The World Needs A Drink& and a variety of songs including, &Now That I Found You,& &I Just Wanna Be Mad& and &I Wanna Do It All.&

Following Clark&s set, a projection of Keith driving a Ford truck covered the front stage and drew applause and cheers from the crowd.

Fog machines enhanced the concert atmosphere while Keith opened the show with &Stays In Mexico.& Interaction between Keith and the audience was a theme throughout his performance. After polling the audience to see how many considered themselves &rednecks,& Keith performed his &Redneck love song,& &You Ain&t Much Fun (since you quit drink&in).&

Just prior to singing &Beer For My Horses& Keith said that salutes were in order and proceeded to salute firefighters, police, and all the boys and girls over seas. Keith concluded the salute by stating &for shits and giggles, let&s do one for the USA.&

True to his reputation for being outspoken on high profile issues Keith provided commentary on the verdict of the Scott Peterson trial, each of which received cheers from the audience.

As Keith introduced the song &Mockingbird,& he stated that although he does do cover songs very often, he and his daughter sing this song around the house all the time.

The closing song of the concert was &Brought To You Courtesy of the Red White And Blue& ending the lively and interactive concert at approximately 11 p.m.
