Oct. 18

Jonathan T. Lee, 18, was arrested on suspicion of forcible rape in Draper Hall. The charges against Lee were dropped after the District Attorney cited lack of sufficient evidence to proceed. See the full story here.

A vehicle was possibly burglarized in Parking Structure III. Vehicle owner said the driver’s side door was found open, but nothing was taken.

A bicycle was reported stolen in the Upper East Side lofts.

Oct. 19

Officers responded to a verbal disagreement between classmates in Amador Hall. The situation was mediated.

A backpack containing cell phone, laptop, wallet and keys were reported stolen at Yosemite Hall.

Thursday

A locked bicycle was reported stolen at Sequoia Hall.

A locked bicycle was reported stolen in the Library Quad.

Officers investigated a kidnapping and sexual assault in the Residence Hall parking lot. See full story here and in The State Hornet News section.

A woman reported a man was yelling and cursing at her in the Library. She reportedly raised her hands in front of her face, and the man hit her hands. Officers searched the area but could not find the suspect.

Saturday

John Jackson, 38, was booked on campus for allegedly possessing burglary tools.
