Combine one large chopped onion, garlic cloves, one pickled jalapeño pepper two teaspoons of Chipotle chile powder, one Tbsp tomato paste, two Tbsp Dijon mustard, three quarters cup distilled white vinegar, one teaspoon paprika, one third cup ketchup, two teaspoons Worcestershire sauce one quarter cup light brown sugar, one bay leaf and salt. Blend the ingredients together to create the sauce.
