Sacramento State students are back on campus for the fall 2025 semester. A new semester can be exciting but can also cause a lot of stress. As the first month of classes come to an end, Sac State students share what they’re most anxious and excited about as they get used to their new routine.

Claire Harrell, Multimedia Staffer

(she/her) Claire Harrell is a third-year journalism major in her first semester at The State Hornet as a multimedia staffer. Her career goals are to work in any type of sports media or journalism. In her free time, she enjoys running, watching sports and hanging out with her friends.

Eli Keller, Multimedia Staffer

(he/him) Eli Keller is a junior majoring in journalism. This is his first semester with The State Hornet, where he is a member of the multimedia staff. He loves film and ultimately wants to work in news or on documentaries. He watches a lot of news, reads a lot of books and spends a lot of time outdoors.
