I’ve met some of my best friends working at the State Hornet, hard working people who care about making a difference.
I still keep in touch with many of them as many of them are still in the news business somehow. My role was in the photo department. Working at The Hornet gave us the opportunity to see how the newspaper may affect the thinking of the students. We were able to tackle stories that mattered. My hope is that it can remain a professional environment to serve the student body with quality information produced by and for Sac State students.
