Sacramento State alumna, Emily Proctor opened this boutique six months ago as “the only place in Sacramento that specializes in organic products.” This includes clothing, jewelry, natural bath and body products and other accessories.

There are many featured Valentine’s Day items such as hearts made from recycled wood or glass for $30. Some of the wood is recycled from torn down buildings. If that’s out of your price range, there are also glass heart sun-catchers at $15.

Another organic gift item Wildflower carries is the vegetable parchment bowl. These bowls are made from dried fruits or vegetables and make wonderful candle holders. The thin layers are translucent and allow light from the candle to glimmer through the bowl.

Other gift possibilities can be found in the organic lotions and massage oils section. Wildflower also carries candles made from soy wax and palm wax.

If you’re looking for something a little more funky and racy, then Prevues would be a great start. This boutique has a wide array of lingerie, costumes, shoes, jewelry, purses and other accessories.
