Sacramento State President Luke Wood’s base salary will see a 6% increase to $504,799 following Wednesday’s California State University Board of Trustees meeting. This comes amid cuts to Sac State’s programs and departments, including an 11% cut to the University Library.

The recently-released deluxe edition of Gracie Abrams’ album “The Secret of Us” cements the artist as a capable lyricist whose instrumentation lags behind. The additional tracks complete the story of the original album, while the live recordings demonstrate the instrumental backing that Abrams lacks in her studio tracks.
