MTV’s television series, “The Real World,” will hold an open casting call 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5 at Sacramento’s The Library. The Library is located at 7042 Folsom Blvd.

Sacramento State was a possible location for the show’s casting call, but due to the anticipated parking problems with the construction, the audition was relocated, said Alissa Haight Carlton, the casting director of “The Real World.”

Eligible candidates for the seven-person cast must be between 18 and 24 years of age, must have a photo identification and a recent picture of themselves, which will not be returned to the applicants.
