How the shift to virtual meetings impacted Sac State support centers

Isaiah Mercado

Sacramento State went virtual during the months of January until Feb. 7. Despite now having adopted a hybrid system of meeting, did this disrupt support centers from being able to help students get the resources they need?

The reason for such questions is to see if virtual meetings actually affect the business of support centers, whose main purpose is to provide guidance and academic resources to students. If virtual meetings are ineffective, we want to know if the support centers are struggling to effectively help students.
