Director of News Services to leave Sac State after 20 years of service

Kimberly Nava served her last day as director of news services on Jan. 22 after 20 years of service.

Sacramento State’s Kimberly Nava confirmed she will serve her last day as director of news services on Jan. 22.

She accepted a job at Sacramento County’s Executive Office as a communications and media officer and public information officer. Craig Koscho, assistant news director and senior writer, will take over for Nava once she leaves.

“I’ve been working at Sac State for 20 years,” Nava said. “My heart will always be here!”.
