Men’s soccer falls to San Jose State in final game of season

The Sacramento State men’s soccer team wrapped up its season with a loss at home on Sunday by a score of 1-0.

The Hornets concluded the season with a record of 4-13-2 overall and 3-6-1 in Mountain Pacific Sports Federation play.

Nick Cukar scored the lone goal of the game for the Spartans. Both teams had 14 shots and the Hornets attempted seven corner kicks. The Hornets also had 17 fouls.

Seniors Eli Millan and Brandon Baggett, who were playing their last games for the Hornets, were honored before the game.
