These are the official rules for the State Hornet’s Halloween costume contest.

To enter, come in contest to the State Hornet office on the second floor of the University Union between noon and 4 p.m. on Halloween, Oct. 31.

Entrants will be photographed. The top entrants, as selected by the State Hornet editorial board, will be posted to a poll on StateHornet.com.

Visitors to the website will vote for their favorite costume, and the entrant with the most votes will win a free State Hornet laptop case.
