Chef Jaime Cardenas will be preparing a wide variety of deliciously romantic meals from filet mignon with Alaskan king crab, to vegetarian lasagna baked in a cream sauce. The highlight of the menu however, will be Cafe Milazzo?s homemade Timpano.

Timpano, an Italian dish of penne pasta, sausages and meatballs, Italian cheeses, assorted veggies, and marinara sauce baked in a savory crust, is probably most notorious for its role in the classic ?food movie? Big Night. A big hit with food lovers, Big Night romances the dining experience with a passionate portrayal of a devout chef and his philosophy on food.
