The film series “The Dreamer: Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.,” will be shown today in room 1522 of the Library at CSUS.

The first film of the series entitled “Martin Luther King,” is scheduled for 2 p.m. and is a short examination of King as a black, Baptist minister.

The second film “Legacy of a Dream,” shows at 3 p.m. and is a compilation of videotape footage showing events that eventually led to the death of Martin Luther King Jr.

The final film, “King: Montgomery to Memphis,” scheduled at 3:30 p.m. showcases T.V. coverage, excerpts from speeches and interviews, and quotes throughout the chaotic history of the Civil Rights Movement. Admission is free for all three films.
