9:22 a.m. Mendocino Hall ? Victim was pushed into anelevator after asking two males to stop using profanelanguage; subjects were advised.
BOMB THREAT
9:33 a.m. Sequoia Hall ? False report of a bombthreat; report taken.
TRESPASSING
2:58 p.m. Sutter Hall ? Victim said her ex-friendsentered her room and tore it apart on Friday. Reportwas taken.
Tuesday, September 25
SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT
12:26 a.m. Desmond Hall ? Subject was found sitting inlobby for about 30 minutes. Subject was identified asa black male, wearing a striped shirt, black pants andshoes. Officers contacted him, and the subject wasescorted off campus.
VEHICLE OR PERSON STOP
4:02 a.m. Foley Hall ? Suspicious vehicle pulled intothe residence hall lot. Vehicle was identified as ared Nissan occupied by four males. The juveniles werecited and released to the parents. Adult was arrestedand transported to county jail.

INDECENT EXPOSURE
10:44 a.m. Library ? The victim was sitting in thelibrary when a man sat down next to her and exposedhimself. The subject was identified as a white male,around 40 years old, wearing a hat, dark shirt andlight colored jogging shorts.
DISTURBANCE
12:51 p.m. Solano Hall ? Two subjects were foundhaving a verbal argument, which may have been turninginto a physical one. The subjects were contacted andadvised.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
4:15 p.m. Dining Commons ? Possibly five to sixsubjects were found smoking marijuana in the area. Nosmell of the marijuana was found and subjects statedthey were not smoking it.

BURGLARY
8:25 a.m. Mariposa Hall ? Report was taken thatcomputer equipment was stolen from the computer lab.
DISTURBANCE
11:30 a.m. Lot 1 ? Citizen flagged policedown regarding an argument over a parking space. Bothsubjects were contacted and the incident was mediated.
THREATS
1:44 p.m. Sacramento Hall ? A staff member was talkingto an ex-student who was upset about incompletes onhis record. He made a statement to her that seemedthreatening; a report was taken.
LOOSE OR DANGEROUS ANIMAL
7: 53 p.m. Calaveras Hall ? A cat was found betweenCalaveras and Douglas Halls. The cat appeared to beseizing. Animal control was contacted.

LARCENY THEFT
4:20 p.m. River Front Center ? An unidentifiedsubject stole a purse from the rear of a victim?schair as she was eating lunch. The purse containedcredit cards, driver?s license and $120; a report wastaken.
