Okay, so what do Morris Chestnut, D.L. Hughley, Bill Bellamy and Shemar Moore all have in common? They all star in the hit new movie titled “The Brothers”. I had the opportunity to sit in a movie theatre for two hours watching those four, and trust me ladies I did not mind at all.

The journey starts off with four African American men, who are played by none other than Chestnut, Hughley, Bellamy and Moore, as they try to deal with love, sex, friendship, and the two most frightening prospects in life, which are honesty and commitment.

Morris Chestnut of “The Best Man” plays Jackson Smith. Chestnut?s character wants so eagerly to fall in love but for some odd reason doesn?t want to commit to anyone he meets. Then when he?s not looking, he falls hole heartedly in love with Denise Johnson, who is played by Gabrielle Union last seen in “Bring it on”. But when an unforgettable secret appears from Denise’s’ past, will Jackson find this as an excuse not to commit?

The ever so hilarious comedian D.L. Hughley plays Derrick West. Hughley?s character is a guy who got married young and hasn?t had much freedom like the rest of his brothers have. Derrick is determined to make his marriage work, yet will he succeed in his plan?

Brian Palmer is Bill Bellamy, the ex-MTV VJ we will never forget. Bellamy?s character is a bachelor who is not ready to settle down at all. Brian fights very hard to stay independent and tries to prove that he doesn?t need women to be happy. Will he eventually meet Ms. Right or will he continue his parody of independence?

Then there?s Terry, who is played by Shemar Moore of “The Young and the Restless.” Moore?s character has always been the womanizer in the group, however he says he is ready to settle down and get married. Will Terry make it to the alter, or will he continue to be a womanizer?

“The Brothers” are smart, successful, and yes of course sexy men who have always been there for one another. So if you?re into a movie that deals with all the aspect in life, love, sex, commitment, then this is the movie for you. Believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed when you see this movie. So go out for yourselves and see what lies ahead for each and every brother. Will Terry get married? While Derrick try to save his marriage? Will Jackson finally commit? While Brian try to hold on to his independence?

And ladies, trust me, with these four men in a movie together, you can?t go wrong.
