VIDEO: Hornet Hacks: Grilled chicken and vegetables

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, ½ cup mushrooms, ½ cup green bell pepper, ½ cup carrots, ½ cup red bell pepper, ¼ tsp minced garlic, ½ cup onion, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper

Directions: Pour olive oil into a saucepan and heat over stove top. Place chicken breast in a bowl with Italian dressing and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut mushrooms, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion and carrots into small bits and set in a saucepan. Stir frequently. Cut chicken into small strips and place in a separate saucepan over heat. Cook until white in the middle. Stir in minced garlic with the vegetables. Add salt and pepper as desired. Cook until vegetables are golden brown. Serve.
