Monday, Feb. 11

INDECENT EXPOSURE

10:23 a.m. University Union ? A white male in his 40s, wearing dark pants and a green jacket, exposed himself to a passerby. Police were unable to locate the person.

INCIDENT

7:55 p.m. Residence Hall Parking ? A woman left the dorms at about 8:45 a.m. and was approached by a man driving a sport utility vehicle. The man who was about 26 or 27 years old, with a medium build, dark hair and a goatee, requested the woman get into the vehicle. The man was very persistent but the woman continued to refuse and changed the direction she was walking. The man turned his vehicle and followed her. The woman then walked toward the inner part of campus and the man could no longer follow her. The woman noticed the man did not have a parking permit.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

INCIDENT

1:16 a.m. Draper Hall ? Two suspicious men were seen in the building being verbally abusive. Both men appeared to be18 years old, with one man being taller than the other. The men were contacted by the resident adviser and told to leave. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

WEAPONS VIOLATION

7:32 a.m. Folsom Blvd. ? People contacted behind Purple Heart, 6790 Folsom Blvd. The vehicle was searched and a firearm was found. David Demers was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm and booked into County Jail. His car was towed.

ASSAULT/BATTERY

10:48 a.m. Recycling Center ? Two men were involved in a fight. One person had already left the area when officers arrived. The other man talked to police and wanted the incident documented. A report was taken.

HEALTH & SAFETY

12:59 p.m. Lot 10 ? Two people were caught smoking marijuana in a car. A female in the car was a minor and truant from school. Robert Stuart was arrested for administering marijuana to a minor and possession. Stuart was booked into the County jail and the minor was released to her parents.

INCIDENT

2:48 p.m. Stadium/Track ? A suspicious subject wearing a yellow hooded jacked and a gray overcoat was walking up and down the area for no apparent reason. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

INCIDENT

5:22 p.m. Parking Structure ? Student Area ? Two men driving a white four door Suburban were seen looking into other vehicles. The suspicious males were not located. Area checked OK.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

INCIDENT

5:12 p.m. River Front Center ? A black backpack was left on the side of the front door and no one was around to claim it. Backpack checked OK.

Thursday, Feb. 14

SERVICE

8:47 a.m. Public Service Building ? Officers contacted a delusional person and transported the person to Sacramento Mental Health for evaluation.

INCIDENT

9:03 a.m. Parking Structure ? White male seen looking into parked cars and trying door handles. The man was gone when police arrived.

FRAUD

11:36 a.m. Public Service Building ? A person was using the victim?s Social Security number to drop her from Sacramento State classes using casper.net.

Friday, Feb. 15

INCIDENT

4:04 p.m. Desmond Hall ? Two males going from room to room asking to burn compact discs. Last seen leaving on State University Drive in a green Honda.

BURGLARY

8:04 a.m. Sutter Hall ? Someone broke the rear window of a man?s vehicle and slashed his left, front tire. Victim?s Registration and credit card statements were stolen.

TRESPASS

9:38 a.m. Library ? Two males attempting to sell credit card applications were contacted by officers. Men were identified and told to leave campus.

Saturday, Feb. 16

SERVICE

1:54 a.m. Draper Hall ? Officers and medical units responded to a call of an intoxicated female. The woman was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

Sunday, Feb. 17

INCIDENT

1:23 p.m. University Union ? Animal control was contacted to remove an injured chicken.

CHILD ABUSE

3:09 p.m. Esplanade ? Regional transit advised of a possible intoxicated woman with a 15 month old child. The woman was not watching the child and police took the baby into protective custody. Officers unable to locate family member who could properly care for the child. Baby was released to child protective services.
