Rhino Music Trivia Challenge

The SAT is a standardized test that tries ones knowledge on vocabulary, mathematics, grammar and other educational areas.
The RMAT is a nonstandardized test that tries ones knowledge on jazz, country, popular and other genres of music.
The RMAT, or the Rhino Musical Aptitude Test, will be held in Tower Records stores all over the world.
The Tower Records on 16th Street in Sacramento will be one of the sites for this event at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 17. Bob Keller of KSEG Radio will host the affair.
This event is a spoof of the SATs. The RMAT is a one-hour long open book test where are 305 written multiple-choice questions that cover all kinds of music, except for classical.
There is also an online competition, located at www.rhino.com. The online version of the competition will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 17.
The highest score at each location and online will win a JVC Home Theater system with a DVD and CD player with 100 Rhino Records CDs. The player who has the highest score overall will win a 32″ JVC color television and will receive every new release from Rhino Records for the rest of his or her life. The total package values at $50,000.
