Fely Sita-Makaba (Action)
Sophomore chemistry major. Current director of college. Dance coordinator.
Main goals: To address the $10 increase in lab fees that occurred mid-semester, fight the statewide tuition increase and increase student involvement on campus.
Timothy Sirard (Live Strong Everyday)
Second bachelor’s degree in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry in progress. His slogan promotes doing things for yourself and others because of the mutual benefits.
Main goals: Get students in his college into better facilities and labs that are up to date and competitive.
Christina Steuart (Imagine Revolution)
Senior biological sciences major. Member of the Student Association of Laboratories.
Main goals: Address student retention rates by finding ways to allow students to graduate in a decent amount of time, increase student involvement in her college and student awareness of clubs and activities.
Brittany-Arpel Thomas (Racing for Change)
Junior mathematics major. Involved in Sac State track team, Science Educational Equity program and Pre-Med Club.
Main goals: Hold fundraisers to raise money for the college and lab supplies to help alleviate the effect of the proposed budget cuts and decrease the cost of lab fees.
