The cardio weight room in Yosemite Hall that was not cleaned for the past three months was finally clean by the time room attendant Kaitlyn Ellwig started her shift Thursday evening.

The State Hornet was not able to confirm the party responsible for initiating the cleaning before press time. "It's much better, a lot cleaner," nursing student Ellwig said.

Shannon Berge, a receptionist for the department of education who has been working out in the weight room since the start of the semester, said the weight room needed some cleaning but the grime wasn't extremely noticeable.

"I took a look around today and didn't see any dust bunnies," Berge said.
