INCIDENT
Parking Structure I- Four to six skateboards were reported in the area, yelling and making a lot of noise. The area was checked, and the subjects were gone on arrival.
Monday, November 25
LARCENY-THEFT
Mendocino Hall- Projector was reported taken from room 1024. A report was taken.
LARCENY-THEFT
Bike Compound I- Bike was reported stolen, and the theft occurred on Nov. 22. The bike was described as an orange, blue and purple Trek 850.
LARCENY-THEFT
Amador Hall- Theft of a bike. Described as a brown and black Trek BMX. Report taken.
INCIDENT
Library- Caller reported that six to eight high school age kids going into a grate under the library. Officers were out with three subjects and they were advised to depart campus.
Tuesday, November 26
BURGLARY
Sequoia Hall- Vending machine was broken into. Product was stolen and report was taken.
INCIDENT
Resident Hall Parking- Report of a male and female on bikes, with plastic bags, going through dumpsters. Officer contacted them at Desmond Hall, and advised them.
INCIDENT
Kadema Hall- Report of a male adult, holding papers and soliciting students. Subject was contacted and was last seen departing campus.
Wednesday, November 27
DISTURBANCE
Desmond Hall- 15-20 subjects were reportedly chanting and yelling in the area. Subjects were gone on arrival.
INCIDENT
Amador Hall- Dog was barking and jumping at people while being chained to a pole. Dog’s owner arrived near the time Animal Control reported. At that time, the owner was given a written warning from Animal Control.
INCIDENT
Parking Structure II- Subject has a flat tire – unknown what caused it.

VANDALISM
Lot 4- Rocks were used to break windows and on a state vehicle.

Lot 4- Keys locked in 2001 Saturn.

VEHICLE CODE
Resident Hall Parking- Subject was arrested for a DUI. He was transported and booked into the Sacramento Co. Jail.
DISTURBANCE
Amador Hall- Report of five juveniles breaking bottles and riding their skateboards into the building. The subject’s parents were contacted and advised then the subjects were sent on their way.
INCIDENT
Sierra Hall- Report of two subjects around the bike area of Sutter and Sierra Halls. One was contacted and sent on his way.

DISTURBANCE
Residence Hall Parking- Caller said that there is a large gathering behind Sierra Hall. Subjects were gone on arrival.
Monday, November 11
DISTURBANCE
Lot 2- Subject was involved in an argument over a parking space. The other person had left the scene, but the reporting party was concerned for the safety of her vehicle. Area was checked.
DISTURBANCE
Main Bus Stop- Regional Transit asked for assistance in dealing with a verbally abusive passenger. Situation was mediated, and the subject left campus.
LARCENY-THEFT
Dining Commons- Caller reported that a subject had grabbed some groceries and ran. The subject was located and arrested for petty theft.
Tuesday, November 12
INCIDENT
Lot 8- Subject possibly casing the area. He was described as a white male, 30-40 yrs, 5’10”-6′, thin build, deep tan, beige trench coat, tan khaki pants, and a pink shirt. Area was checked, and unable to locate.
VEHICLE CODE
Other/Unknown Campus Location- Vandalism to a vehicle. The lock was damaged, and it is unknown where it occurred.
Wednesday, November 13
INCIDENT
Draper Hall- Male adult with female adult, pulled up in a black Volkswagen hatchback near the front of the bike rack. They got out and looked over the parked bikes with a flashlight. The subjects were contacted and checked out ok.
TRESPASS
Sutter Hall- Out with two persons by the dumpsters. They were advised of warrants and departed campus. Report taken.
INCIDENT
Riverside Hall- Received a suspicious envelope back from a survey containing a paper towel and wadded up paper. Police needed to check it over. Checked out ok and a report was taken.
DISTURBANCE
Library Quad- Complaint that a large group with signs were harassing students and using foul language as students walked by. The group was described as being very aggressive in their manner. Caller wanted the police to remove the group from the quad. An officer responded to monitor the activities. The subjects were leaving upon officer’s arrival.
INCIDENT
University Union- Two homeless subjects were sleeping on the landing of second floor. Both subjects were contacted and advised.
INDECENT EXPOSURE
Shasta Hall- Suspect was last seen heading down the stairs from the second floor. He was described as a white male, 30 yrs, short light brown hair, with a green baseball hat. He was wearing a light colored shirt, black sweatpants and white athletic shoes. Subject was gone on arrival and a report was taken.
VANDALISM
Residence Hall Parking- Victim reported profane language written in lipstick on his vehicle. The damage was not permanent.
Thursday, November 14
TRAFFIC
Lot 8- Caller said they hit a parked vehicle when exiting a tight space. Driver was advised to leave information on the other vehicle.
BURGLARY
Lot 8- Victim reported that her stereo and CD’s were taken out of her 1965 Ford car. Report taken.
Friday, November 15
DISTURBANCE
Kadema Hall- Three males, carrying backpacks, 20’s yrs, were harassing, yelling and making in appropriate comments to females in the area. They were reportedly there for the last 30 minutes. Two black male adults wearing black bandanas, white shirts, one with a red t-shirt underneath, one Hispanic male, shorter than the other two subjects, wearing a black nylon type coat with hood. Subjects were located and advised.
BURGLARY
Lot 10- Flagged down by UTAPS officer, white Ford Mustang with broken side window-looks like glove compartment was gone thru. Report taken.

Lot 10- 1998 Toyota four-door smashed window, and stereo taken.
Saturday, November 16
INCIDENT
Yosemite Hall- Three calls were received from women’s shower room and when asked if they needed help they said “yes” and hung up the phone. Officers found juvenile playing with the phone. Parents were contacted and advised.
INCIDENT
Soccer Field- Reporting party reported a spinal injury, medical is responding. Subject has a neck injury and is being transported to Kaiser North. Assisted.
INCIDENT
Stadium/Track- Officer out with a drunk subject, taken to county jail.
INCIDENT
Capistrano Hall- Report of someone under the influence. Subject described as a white male adult, 6′, gray jacket with black jeans. Subject checked, and became ill and was to be taken home by friend.

El Dorado Hall- Window was broken. Facilities Management was contacted to repair thewindow.
Monday, November 04
INCIDENT
Lot 8- Unsecured vehicle with property inside. Described as a gray Ford van. It waslocated and secured.
DISTURBANCE
Calaveras Hall- Three to four solicitors were causing a disturbance.

Lot 2- Hit and run involving a parked vehicle.
INCIDENT
Foley Hall- Caller reported that a female was in pain. Medical and police units respondedto assist. She declined medicaltransportation.
INCIDENT
Brighton Hall- Caller reported a man on the ground. He was contacted and determined tobe homeless. He was advised and sent on his way.

Library- Report of a panhandler asking for money. Area was checked, unable to locate.

Other Off-Campus Location- Reporting party found a student’s purse in a dumpster off-campus. Report taken, and the property was returned to the owner.

Parking Structure I- Lost/Stolen state keys.

Inner Campus- Money found. Property booked, and report taken.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
Lot 2- Stolen 1993 silver Honda Accord. Report taken and vehicle entered intostate’sstolen vehicle database.

River Front Center- Lost Cellular phone.
SERVICE
Adams Building- Subject having problems breathing. Medical and police units respondedto assist. Subject transported to hospital via ambulance.
Wednesday, November 06
INCIDENT
Lot 10- Parking officer noticed a black Jeep Cherokee leaking gas. It was a constant dripand there already was a puddle. Fire department was called and tow responded to removethe vehicle.

Douglas Hall- Professor reported that he is holding a solicitor who was in his classroom.Subject was contacted, identified and notified to leave campus. Report take
BURGLARY
Lot 8- 1994 GMC Sonoma broken into with the CD player stolen. Report taken.
LOST & FOUND
Riverside Hall- Wallet found. Owner contacted and the property was returned.
INCIDENT
Lot 10- Stalled vehicle blocking the road. Vehicle was moved to the side of the road andthe owner called a tow.
DISTURBANCE
Brighton Hall- Caller reported that a student came into her class when she was giving atest. She asked him to leave, but he refused which resulted in a verbal argument. The
subject was contacted and the situation mediated.
LARCENY-THEFT
Solano Hall- Victim reported that his bike was stolen Nov. 4 between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Public Service Building- Victim reported that her car was hit in the parking lot. Reporttaken.
Thursday, November 07
TRESPASS
Yosemite Hall- Adult male, wearing a white shirt and dark pants, was yelling and actingstrangely. He was contacted and identified then told to leave campus.
INCIDENT
Parking Structure II- Call about a white Honda left running for thirty minutes. No onewas around and a message was left for the student to check on his vehicle.
INCIDENT
Lot 4- 1995 black Honda Civic was hit by a tree branch and the side window was broken.
INCIDENT
Eureka Hall- Report of a female being hit by falling tree limb and is bleeding from thehead. Medical and Police units responded and the subject was transported to the hospitalvia ambulance. Report taken.
DISTURBANCE
Lot 4- Male soliciting money was chased out of the University Union. Outside he wasthen harassing students. Unable to locate.
SERVICE
Student Health Center- Health Center Staff requested ambulance for the transport of an18-year-old male for medical emergency. Subject transported to hospital.
INCIDENT
Lot 8- Tree branch fell causing damage to a 2002 Hyundai.
SEX OFFENSES
Desmond Hall- Victim report of sexual battery. Report taken and investigation beingconducted.

INCIDENT
Library- Complaint of skateboarding in between library I and II. Subjects were gone onarrival.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
Lot 2- Reporting Party said that someone tried to steal his car last night. 2000 blue HondaCivic. Attempted stolen vehicle report taken.
VEHICLE CODE
Lot 2- Reporting Party advised that between 11 p.m. Thursday and 3:30 p.m. Friday herleft front tire and rim were damaged on her 2001 Nissan Sentra.

Dining Commons- Report of a student causing a disturbance. Subject was contactedandidentified.

Shasta Hall- Five kids on skateboards were jumping off planter boxes. The kids
were contacted and advised.

Mendocino Hall- Report of a wallet missing.
TRESPASS
Placer Hall- Caller reported that a suspicious man was approaching women and saying obscene things to them. The subject was contacted and advised, then takenoff campus and told not to return. A report was taken.

Lot 2- Caller reported that her vehicle was broken into between 11 p.m. the previous night and 10 a.m. A report was taken.

INCIDENT
Child Development Center- Third hand information of a male subject yelling at traffic. A second call came in thirteen minutes later saying the subject wasnear
the elevators of Parking Structure II. He was contacted outside of the
University Union and advised.
INCIDENT
Parking Structure II- Second hand information of four males inside a blue Honda Civic were driving around the garage and jumping out of their vehicle settingoff
car alarms. The vehicle was gone on officers arrival and could not be located.
INCIDENT
Lassen Hall- Report of a trash can fire with large flames. Officers and fire department responded. Fire was put out by Sacramento State Grounds Crew and theSac Fire Department. The fire appeared to be accidental.

University Union- Subject followed the reporting party around and stared at her.He was described as a black male adult, 21-years-old, 5’11”, 185 lbs, and wearing
a white sweatshirt that had the front pocket ripped. The subject was contacted, identified and advised.
INCIDENT
Art Sculpture Lab- Shuttle bus driver advised that a lot of smoke was coming fromthe building. The building checked out, as students were firing up the kiln for art projects.

Lot 8- White Toyota truck parked in a red zone, causing a hazard. The vehicle was towed and a report was taken.

Library- Victim reports harassing e-mail messages. A report was taken.

Child Development Center- Theft of a backpack. A report was taken.

Parking Structure II- 1999 red Honda Civic could not be located by owner. A Vehicle Theft Report was taken.

Library Quad- Solicitors for Herbal Life. Two males, one was described to be wearing a Hawaiian shirt and had a ponytail. They were advised, and thendeparted.
DISTURBANCE
University Union- Report of a male yelling at people. He was described as wearinga brown hat, khaki shirt, and jeans. He was contacted and departed.
SERVICE
Other/Unknown Campus Location- Mother called concerning her daughter not contacting her parents. The daughter went to a Sacramento State concert thenight before and was to spend the night at a friend’s house. Parents were unable toreach her on her cell phone. The call was cancelled when the daughter called homeand is fine.

Library Quad- Large tree branch has fallen and is stuck on lower branches. Reporting party is concerned that is may fall onto someone. Area was roped off

checked and she was unable to be located.

Yosemite Hall- Subject was causing problem in the men’s locker room. He was described as 6′,35-years-old, and carrying a green backpack and white bag. Subject was gone on arrival.
