Students and faculty who park in Lot 6 will temporarily be displaced when satellite trucks and other media vehicles converge on campus Wednesday.

University Transportation and Parking Services manager Nancy Fox said she expects other lots to accommodate automobiles turned away from Lot 6, which will close for the day at 6 a.m.

Fox added that if campus lots fill, additional parking will be made available at McAuliffe Baseball Field and Hornet Stadium.

UTAPS also plans to post signs in university lots directing students and faculty to additional parking around campus.
