After starting off the Big Sky conference with a late winner against Northern Colorado, the Hornets women’s soccer looked to cause the same heartbreak but this time to Northern Arizona. With the score at 1-1 in the closing minutes, a late penalty shout in favor of the Hornets was waved off, resulting in a draw against the Lumberjacks.
