Elena Burgé is a fourth-year communications student from San Diego. This is their fifth semester at the State Hornet, formerly working as the public relations and social media editor. They have a passion for creating engaging social media content that connects students to the publication. Outside of The State Hornet, they have professional experience in marketing, sales and outdoor recreation leadership.
