Hello Games released No Man’s Sky on Aug. 9, 2016, an ambitious game at launch. Since then, No Man’s Sky has come up to nearly 10 years of continuing development and growth. After No Man’s Sky’s rocky launch, Hello Games created a community of devoted players with their frequent updates and TLC on the game.
In the most recent update, No Man’s Sky opens up a new, yet familiar feature, with creature battles. Players can go out into the endlessly generating universe of No Man’s Sky and capture creatures to duke it out in space stations with non-player characters or fellow players. If creature battling isn’t the player’s forte, they can always go back to No Man’s Sky’s roots and explore a seemingly never-ending universe.
No Man’s Sky continues to get updates and expand on the plethora of features it has. Whether players go out and focus on space traversal and create their perfect ship or find the perfect planets to farm materials, players have no shortage of content to explore.
Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream

Tomodachi Life is back and wackier than ever now with higher definition on the Switch. For players with the perfect headcanon that was never explored or those who look to create the perfect little neighborhood, Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream revamps everything people liked about the first.
Take control over a customizable island that players can shape to fit their expanding rosters of characters. Customization has been expanded, now allowing for more creative control over how characters not only talk but also walk. Players can even fully detail their characters when creating them with new customization options. Players can even customize items and pets to put in anything they can think of.
Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream came out on April 16, 2026. Players can sit back and create their own reality TV show with any characters they want. For those players who like to create their own narratives and explore character relationships, this is the perfect game to get lost in this summer.
Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred
Power born of Hell begets Destruction
The forces of Hell stir once again with Diablo 4’s newest expansion, Lord of Hatred. Sanctuary faces another demonic threat, and players must venture out and stop the plot of Mephisto the Prime Evil. Lord of Hatred is the second expansion in the continuation of Diablo 4’s story, releasing two years after the first, Vessel of Hatred.
Explore the new region of Skovos and try to foil Mephisto’s manipulations while tearing away his grip on the people of Sanctuary. Lord of Hatred introduces two new classes: the Warlock and the Paladin. Players can fight demon with demon as a Warlock and subjugate those who dare oppose Sanctuary. In addition, they can also bring down holy retribution with the Paladin and become a righteous Bulwark.
With the max level cap rising to 70, players have a new expanded skill tree for every class. Players can also continue the story and explore a whole new and revamped endgame experience. With new features like fishing, “war plans” and “echoing hatred” to explore and push to their limits, Lord of Hatred’s endgame allows for more freedom for those who love to grind. Lord of Hatred was released on April 26, 2026.

Beasts of Reincarnation
Japan: Year 4026
Game Freak’s newest endeavor, Beast of Reincarnation, looks to flip what everyone knows about Game Freak. Players will follow the story of Emma and her Lupine companion, Koo, in a post-apocalyptic Japan. Shunned by society due to an affliction, Emma and Koo must journey through a world ravaged by blight in this action role-playing game.
Beast of Reincarnation fuses action and turn-based combat with the hybrid combat of Emma and Koo. Emma fights with her sword abilities while being able to command Koo with unique techniques. Keep an eye out for Emma and Koo’s fate – Beast of Reincarnation is currently set to release on Aug. 3, 2026.
