Hussam Albarakat is a fourth-year architecture major. This is his first semester in The State Hornet but he is incredibly excited to be apart of the Hivemind magazine. He is very obsessed with music and underground music culture, as well with its evolution and wheel of revolving new acts. Along with music, Hussam loves to watch indie Japanese films, writing, going on bike rides, creating album covers, producing beat tapes, taking pictures of nature and watching sports. He is a life long die hard fan of Liverpool FC since he was a kid. After college, Hussam hopes to move out of the Sacramento area, or even out of the state, and write for an official publication and interview artists. He also is the host of “LOUD MOUTH” at KSSU.
