In this episode host Clifton Bullock talked to Jaspreet Singh, the president of the Anime Club, about what an average day looks like in the club, how the club decides what anime to watch throughout the semester and the different anime and gaming days.

The duo also talked about beginner anime for newcomers, the beef between the anime and manga community and how to join the anime club.

Clifton Bullock III, Podcast Staffer

(he/him) Clifton Bullock III is a senior journalism major, at his third and final college. He completed his first year at Sacramento State and is on his second semester at The State Hornet. He was born in Washington, D.C. but moved a lot. He loves sports and represents many teams; baseball is his favorite. He has some experience editing and interviewing people. A dream he wants to achieve later in his career is covering his favorite sports team or working at a big sports industry like ESPN or WWE. His favorite food is ramen and he can eat it all day.

Aaron Lofton, Podcast Staffer

(he/him) Aaron Lofton is a journalism major at Sacramento State who is in his final year. This is his third semester at The State Hornet and as a podcast staffer. When he is not in the newsroom, you can find him at The WELL or in the Flatz. Lofton is pursuing to be a sports talk host or co-host in multiple types of media, whether its on the radio or on TV; not only does he hoop but he does a little music on the side.
