Women’s tennis beats Northern Arizona 4-3

The Sacramento State women’s tennis team won its conference opener versus the Lumberjacks of Northern Arizona on Friday, 4-3.

The Hornets were bested by the Lumberjacks in the doubles matches, 2-1, but came back to take a decisive victory in the singles matches. Sac State took four of the six singles matchups to clinch the win.

The women’s tennis team is currently ranked 59th in the nation.
