Guard: Rebecca Alvidrez, Montana State University. Alvidrez was the defensive catalyst for a Bobcat squad that tied with Weber State for the conference title. The 5-foot-7 guard averaged 6.7 rebounds (8th in Big Sky Conf.) while tying for the league lead in steals with 2.26. Alvidrez also averaged 5.56 assists (tied for 2nd in B.S.C.).

Guard: Stephanie Stranger, Weber State University. Stranger proved to be no stranger from the outside this year, leading the league in 3-point percentage (37%) and three pointers made (65) while averaging 15.0 points for the Wildcats. The sharp shooter was also second in the league in free throw percentage (85%) while recording 4.21 assists.

Forward: Hollie Tyler, University of Montana. Tyler dominated the middle for a Grizzly squad that tied for third in the Big Sky. Tyler averaged 14.9 points (5th in B.S.C.) and 7.5 rebounds (tied for 3rd in B.S.C.), while blocking 1.36 shots per game (tied for 4th in B.S.C.).

Forward: Mandie Carver, Idaho State University. Carver carved up Big Sky defenses all year, being the only player in the conference to average a double-double. Carver averaged 17.2 points (2nd in B.S.C.) while leading the league with 11.5 rebounds. Carver also blocked 1.85 shots per game (2nd in B.S.C.)

Center: Jessica Blake, Montana State University. Blake led the conference with 19.0 points per game while recording 6.9 rebounds. Blake also led the league in field goal percentage, while finishing in the top ten in steals.

MVP: Mandie Carver, Idaho State
