A woman reported that she was sexually assaulted onFeb. 1, while she was in the field house weight room,which is located adjacent to Hornet Stadium.

The victim, who made the report to the UniversityPolice Department on March 15, said when she wasalone in the weight room the suspect touched herinappropriately, according to the campus police’smedia log. The victim said she knew the suspect.

Lt. Dan Davis said information on whether or not thevictim and the suspect are students of SacramentoState could not be disclosed because of theinvestigation’s status. No warrant has been issuedyet.

Man reported missingA man reported that Sacramento State student DanielLausevic could be possibly missing on March 6.

The man, a friend and roommate of Lausevic, reportedthat Lausevic was last seen around 12:15 p.m. in hisCarmichael apartment.

Lt. Dan Davis said Lausevic was on his way to classthe last time his friend saw him. Davis said that nocriminal act regarding this report has been indicatedand that Lausevic is still missing.
