TJ Martinez joined The State Hornet in fall 2020 as a junior and is a staff writer. Before joining The State Hornet, he worked at KXTV ABC10 as a full-time camera operator from 2018-2019. Although he was born in Japan, he considers Sacramento his hometown. Whenever time allows, he enjoys hiking, running and reading.
