The 6th Annual California Brewers Festival will be at Cesar Chavez Park from 1-5 p.m. Over 100 micro-brews will be featured from California, Oregon and Nevada. The Norcal Noisefest 2000 will be held at the Capitol Garage, 1427 L St., Sacramento. Some of the bands being featured are Sister Mary Shoelace, Big City Orchestra, Crawl Unit, along with many other up-and-coming bands.
