SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
1:24 p.m. Solano Hall ? A subject was concerned about an envelope he received at his residence in Rescue, Calif. The subject brought the envelope to campus, where it was checked and opened by an officer.
SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT
7:00 p.m. Lot 2 ? A subject called regarding a male peeking over the levee at him. The suspect appeared to be Asian and had no shirt on.

SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT
10:58 p.m. Library ? A transient was wrapped up in a blanket on the north side of the Library on the second floor. The subject was contacted and advised to leave.
Wednesday, Oct. 17
INCIDENT
10:22 a.m. Off-Campus Location ? A woman receiving suspicious e-mails from a Sacramento State student.
INCIDENT
12:47 p.m. Sacramento Hall ? Officers were advised of a student sit-in.
Thursday, Oct. 18
VANDALISM
8:34 p.m. Desmond Hall ? An unknown subject slashed both tires on the passenger side of a vehicle; a report was taken.
SERVICE
7:46 a.m. University Union ? Report of a student with a rapid heart rate. Officers were sent to respond, and the victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

1:16 p.m. Amador Hall ? A strange envelope with bumps was received. An officer responded to pick up the property.

2:34 p.m. Sacramento Hall ? A report was taken that chickens on campus attacked two employees.

9:17 p.m. Desmond Hall ? A subject was receiving threatening phone calls from her ex-boyfriend.

11:10 a.m. Lot 4 ? A large tank was found releasing air or something else. No odor was detected from police, and the area was checked OK.
