3:21 a.m. Desmond Hall ? Two to three subjects werefound on the roof yelling at people, throwing rocksand possibly drinking. The subjects were contacted andadvised.
Saturday, September 15
WELFARE CHECK
2:46 a.m. Draper Hall ? An intoxicated female wastransported to the hospital via ambulance. A reportwas later taken.
DISTURBING THE PEACE
9:07 p.m. Desmond Hall ? About 20 male subjects werefound drinking in front of Desmond Hall. The subjectswere contacted and one citation was issued for an opencontainer of alcohol.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
1:39 a.m. College Town Drive? Three juveniles werearrested for attempted auto burglary and conspiracy.
VANDALISM
9:16 a.m. Public Service Building ? Anti-Americangraffiti was found in the men?s restroom. A report wastaken and Facilities Management was called to paintover the graffiti.
WELFARE CHECK
4:23 p.m. Lot 1 ? Two dogs were locked in a vehiclefor 45 minutes, and all the windows of the vehiclewere rolled up. The vehicle was first identified to bea white pickup or SUV. A white Nissan SUV with twodogs was later seen leaving the lot when the officersarrived.

6:25 a.m. Guy West Bridge ? Second-hand report of atransient building a campfire on the Guy West Bridge.Nothing was found on or under the bridge.
WARRANT ARREST
10:21 a.m. Main Bus Stop ? An argument was reportedbetween a driver and a passenger on a Regional Transitbus. The subject was contacted and arrested onoutstanding warrants.
VEHICLE HIT AND RUN
6:08 p.m. State University Drive ? A white Volvo ran aChevy off the road; injuries were unknown. The driverof the Chevy was reportedly intoxicated and had a3-year-old child in the car. The driver was arrestedand booked into the county jail for DUI and childendangerment.

SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT
3:08 a.m. University Union ? A subject was found inthe men?s restroom talking to himself and callingothers offensive names.
Tuesday, September 11
TRESPASSING
9:08 a.m. Sacramento Hall ? A suspicious subject waswalking around the building. The subject wasidentified as a six-foot white male, mid-40s, with abeard, wearing green sweats and carrying a briefcaseand Risk board. The subject was contacted and advisedto depart campus and not return for seven days.

12:09 p.m. Lassen Hall ? A Sacramento State employeereceived pornographic material in the campus mail; areport was taken.
OTHER INCIDENT
5:01 p.m. Library ? An ROTC cadet said a malethreatened him on campus last week while he was inuniform.
