A voice has appeared in town not only for the music scene of Sacramento, but for anyone who’s been down with rap music since its beginning.

Rellik Magazine is a small periodical devoted entirely to rap music and getting the word out on established and up-and-coming rap artists. This magazine has the latest news, from rap stars such as B-Legit to newcomers K-5 Tha Natural. It gives in-depth interviews with the artists as well as information regarding new releases, upcoming shows and debuts.

The articles are reader-friendly and provide all the facts, data and information for readers. The various writers give a personal touch to each story with their inclusion of slang, unique typography and personal thoughts of the artists.

The writers try to get in personal with the artists and discuss not only their music and their success, but also documents their personal lives.

Working with a small staff of six people, Rellik shouts out to the public with a big voice that demands to be heard, and isn’t for the posers of the industry. It gives hard facts about the music as well as the lifestyle of the people who live it on a daily basis. Self-proclaimed as “The Hardcore Hip Hop Chronicle,” the stories and articles mainly focus on the rap industry and what’s going on with their artists.

For those who are interested in hearing the voice of the industry, Rellik Magazine can be picked up at most local music stores like Dimple and Tower.
