A Sacramento State student was allegedly sexually assaulted today in the elevator of Parking Structure I on campus when trying to get to the fifth floor.

According to the Sac State Police Department newsletter, the assault occured today between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. when the victim entered the north elevator of the building.

The victim described the suspect as “being of Indian decent, 25 years old, 5-7, with a short black buzz cut hairstyle, short beard on chin, wearing a black t-shirt and walking a mountain bike with green rims,” according to the Sac State Police Department.

When in the elevator, the suspect reportedly blocked the door with his bike and proceeded to grab and attempted to kiss the victim. As the victim resisted the suspect, he then attempted to kiss her two more times, according to the Sac State Police Department.
