The Sacramento State Police Department is reporting a burglary in Tahoe Hall that occurred sometime on Jan. 6 and is still under investigation.

“The Police Department is aggressively pursuing leads and is asking for help in identifying suspicious persons seen in the area,” University Police said in a press release.

Press releases have been posted throughout campus in order to spread awareness of the crime and University Police encourages the campus community to report anything suspicious on campus.

University Police recommends locking doors and windows, securing all personal and university property, not propping open doors or windows and to label all personal items with your driver’s license number and keep a record.

If one has any questions, comments or information regarding this crime, please contact the Sac State Police Department at (916) 278-6851.
